Flashing hold button

Hi all

Have a problem with a flashing HOLD button, also seems to struggle to get onto 4th from 3rd gear even when warm ( not cold start ). Any advice welcome

Hi, if the light comes on when you switch on the ignition/glow plug light before you start the engine and drive away its a electrical fault not a mechanical fault, ie throttle potentiometer,speed sensor,solenoid,etc.
not much but every little bit helps....

The sequence of flashes is relevent luda... It's a sort of code that could help in determining the problem.
