I was "on top" ( i like to take charge  ) It was just a matter of time before somebody posted about Me & dave spending the night together eh?

Joking aside, Dave (and dabs) came to my rescue early hours of sunday morning...My awning had half broke loose in the wind,i was rudely awoken as part of the awning swung round and crashed into the back of my bongo  (couple of dents and scratches). Jo & the kids did there best to chuck the awning contents into the bongo before the lot was swept away,it was all i could do to hold on to what seemed like the worlds biggest kite,(in my barefeet, sinking into the mud  )till some help arrived..... Thanks to dave for the freetop roof over my head for the remainder of the morning  He later admitted that he felt happier having me in the freetop,as it was now so top heavy that his bongo couldn't blow over  ...Cheers mate!

There is a nasty rumour that i too share platty's penchant for wearing pink items of clothing, can i just make it clear that if rooster posts a pic of me in a pink bunny outfit,it has been photoshopped..... i think that puts me in the clear...... ha ha

Get those dents sorted Ste and glad you survived. Our awning survived but lost a corner which became unpegged. I spent the night upstairs being tapped on the head by the roof tent but slept through most of it without a problem - amazing. 8)

It was great to see Big Daddys bongo in the flesh - nice! Keep the pics coming - theres some good 'uns. See you all again sometime pretty soon.

I'm gutted we couldn't make this one - it looks like you all had a great time. Hotpot and I were going to pop up on Saturday for a bit but it didn't quite happen :(

I think the sheep is running (with a hobble)as fast, and as far away from cartmel as possible!

I thought mark was looking a little sheepish when i saw him...lambs to the slaughter eh?

Nice photos Karl,

And well done for putting names to the faces so others know who they are looking at,especially for those from other districts who "speak" to members on the Forum who they have never actually met.
Maybe we should have a "Show Your Mug" section on he as well!!

Anyway,`bout time someone did it and hope it becomes the norm.
