No worries NB. There two kind of folk on this earth. First, there's the Enlightened Ones (they have Bongos). Then there's the Unenlightened Ones (they don't). I feel kind of sorry for themnellybongo wrote:yeah we got a venice 200 and have been to blackrock on our own last year a couple of practise runs on the lawn to iron out swearing &threats of divorce so we should be ok lookin forward to meeting folks with like minded interest my mates still dont understand my love of this versatile machine they reckon its some kind of male menapause .

Hello Peeps
Went up to Charity Farm this pm,think we should get the prayer mats out!!
This Meet now hinges on the weather being kind at some stage over the next 2 weeks to hopefully dry the site out, putting it bluntly its very very wet it wouldnt be a good idea to persue this Meet if it doesnt clear up!!
So for now everything is as was we just have to hope that the weather makes a turn for the better to stand a chance!!
Keep updated and watch this thread for any news as we go!!
If things do not work out I will let you all know asap!!(Hope it doesnt come to that)
Cheers Dabs

Re: Charity Farm 2008
Well Dabs there was no Ark at Charity farm today
Just lush and green with lots of campers there
Dont know what field is ours but what I saw of the place you drive uphill to it so no need to bring my cossie
Cant decide why the pub down the road is called Brook House though

To infinity and beyond
Re: Charity Farm 2008
I have a dilemma!
Adam got far too much uni work to be in for the week after bash and needs the weekend to sort stuff out!
I still want to go but feel a bit funny just turning up by myself? Can i tag along with you all?
Maybe borrow a small corner of someones bbq? Brodie is a fab washer upper!
