I think if you sent a deposit that was towards your site fees. The deposit you pay at the reception is just for the key- I presume it is a refundable deposit.

That is correct Cat The £10.00 deposit for the security gate is a refundable one Ron, the Site operate a barrier system that uses a credit card type key

Morning all.

We are planning on visiting ya al' on Saturday. How will we gain entry. Will anyone be able to see us at the gate from where your camped. or Pete will we need a mobile number just incaseness. Not suggesting you post it tho.

We should have hook ups for all who need one, anybody with a gazeebo, please bring to make a meet up area, ground firm up at campsite at the moment, lets hope it stays fine

I have just swapped my awning for a different one. I have figure of 8 and this one really needs clamps (till I adapt it) as it has a pole to attach. Does anyone who is coming this weekend have any clamps that I could use for the weekend just to try it out if the weather is dry. I don't need to keep them but I dont want to buy any if I find them awkward/difficult or if I dont actually like the awning. If it is raining it is not going up!! if your awning takes both fig of 8 and clamps then I am happy to swap devices for the weekend

having hookup would be good for this occasion, - the littly is more likely to stay over saturday if we have a light that will last all night, he's going through a "terrified of the dark stage." also no doubt he will get very wet, water is a magnet to him so electric heater useful too.

Was sure I posted last night but missing now. I know your note suggests hookup should be no prob anyway, but just to confirm we'd love hookup for our 1 night stay on Saturday night (expect to have trailer in tow too) if poss. It'll make a change to have an electric heater

Thanks Pete.If I am well enough to put up the awning and the *** holds off I will borrow them. I am really looking foward to this weekend. I am not allowed to mention it here though.
