As you may have read elsewhere 'Our Freda' suffered what is likely to be a terminal thrombosis today and is in the garage awaiting a post mortem.

I'm still going to Silverdale somehow but there is a load of kit including the NW marquee which will need transporting from Flookburgh to Siverdale.

Any offers?

Bummer over the motor, Harry. :(

Surely a skimmed or reconditioned head is a better prospect than scrapping the old bus? :?

We're not likely to get to Silverdale until Saturday, so it's a bit unfair occupying a hookup pitch when others could make more use of it for the whole weekend. So can you put us as a non-hookup and promote whoever is next on the list to a hookup pitch.

See you next weekend :D

I was just about to do as the title says and update page 1 when I found I couldn't edit old posts any longer so if I want to keep an up to date list for the benefit of those attending then I'll have to re type it every day :(

As I can't update the first post I'm going off to sulk #-o

I'll post 'Final details' for the meet tomorrow now cos I can'y be bothered starting from scratch tonight, [-o<

cheers

We had glorious weather at Gibraltar Farm last week, sadly it's not looking as good for next weekend. Thomas took lots of photos, so I thought I would let you see a couple.

This is what we got up to with the kids, woodworking in the foreground and crochet at the back.

and this was the sunset on Saturday evening

We're really looking forward to this weekend, especially me - as I will not have to do any hard work at all :D

See you all at the weekend.

Booked 41 vans positive so far (as at 3.00pm on Tuesday 30th September)

Hookups: Numbers strictly limited and allocated on a 'first to book' basis. Now fully booked.
The use of splitters is dictated by the spacing of units as we need a minimum distance between units for safety one unit per concrete marker)and we only have a limited amount of space on the hookup side of the roadway.

Remember the best pitches with space and the views are non hookups.

Extra Nights.
Extra nights are available if required. Special deal for the over 55s from Sunday to Thursday nights at £8-50p per night inc hookup.

Don't forget to bring your own 'facilities' if you have them as the washroom/toilets/showers can get a bit busy at peak times.
