backseat runners
I have encountered a problem with the rear seat positioning, it locks in when pulled forward up to the mid kitchen unit then locks again about 6" further back but this is not enough leg room for the third person on the seat, then it goes back quite a long way before it locks in again and that is when either the tailgate is open or the back of the seat is folded forward.I have spoken to the fitter at Elite conversions and he was a bit vague stating thats because the rails have to be cut to facilitate the mid conversion, but what I want to know is, could`nt the rails be cut so that more than two forward positions could be available
newbie.

Re: backseat runners
Probably not easily, I would guess by 'Cut' he means shortened, which would mean the rails being in the same position. Not a 2 minute job to alter this.
Possibly fitting the modified rails, fact sheet, or Madmile, may address this.
Good luck.

Re: backseat runners/factsheet
I have been trying to access the fact sheet re;" rails " without success, I think they are imaginary, newbie

There is a factsheet on reversing the rails - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... eseats.pdf - but that's not really applicable to you Newbie, but it may help you see what you're working with. It looks like you're getting the answers you need on this thread though - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 48#p273348
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
