Mazda Silver Colours
Hi,
According to the fact sheet on there my colour is chaste white over highlight silver. Recently had some silver made up and after spraying found it to be too dark and too grey by comparison.
Does anyone know if any of the other Mazda silver colours are a more silver colour and lighter?
Thanks

Re: Mazda Silver Colours
Aha, you've got Highlight Silver, and without checking, I think the code is 18G, you can check it on the factsheets. Our Bongo has the wrong paint code stamped on it, I know you're going to think that's dodgy, believe me, it isn't, it was only when I got the paint matching the codes and started spraying the grille that I noticed it was the wrong silver. If you used the combined code from the plate, it's probably wrong, try 18G.

Mine is silver too, chaste white on the top, and silver on the bottom.
But, it isn't Mazda silver at all, dunno what it is
My bodyshop guy doesn't know either

aw brill, thanks, knew someone would know, lol. Just looked on the door pillar and it says the paint code is 14E, does that make any sense, lol. Ah just found it, neat green over silent silver, never even noticed the door info before, how daft is that eh.( that is a rhetorical question, I am not inviting hundreds of replies, lol.)
