Rear light bulbs
This may sound like a silly question but here goes
I have to replace my drivers side reversing light bulb. I removed the two retaining screws for the lens but the lens cluster will not come off of the vehicle are their hidden screws or something that I cannot see holding it in place?? The whole thing comes loose but will not release itself and I do not want to risk breaking it by using force.

After removing the screws, move the whole unit to the side (away from the vehicle) - it then comes free

Sometimes needs a gently thump. There's a video somewhere on doing this isn't there John? Mind you, does it forget to tell you something important, like removing the screws before thumping?francophile1947 wrote:After removing the screws, move the whole unit to the side (away from the vehicle) - it then comes free

If it's the one I'm thinking of Mike, it doesn't tell you to slide the unit but use a screwdriver to prise it offmikeonb4c wrote: There's a video somewhere on doing this isn't there John? Mind you, does it forget to tell you something important, like removing the screws before thumping?
