Re: Rear window wiper
Bongo has all the toys, electric everything.
Looking under the spoiler, hiding under the spoiler is the fairly big washer jet.
Never even noticed it.
Just have to remove the rear panel and figure out why the chrome handle has been bolted into the wiper hole.
If I am lucky the motor might be still fitted.

Just thought Gmaczbongo, would the hole just be blanked with a grommet if the motor & spindle wasn't there?
If you do remove the panel you will encounter a similar set up as what's behind the door cards.. A polythene sheet & black sealant gunk!!

Re: Rear window wiper
Finally beginning to defrost here.
Had a look at the whole system and it is a lot easier when temp is above zero.
Washer has now defrosted and it is spraying on the back window.
It does have 2 pumps, the one in the front of the bottle was uncovered after a good clean.
First day for over a month that my wee power washer has had water.
Leaves everywhere.
The rear wiper is working and the chrome ball seems to be hammered onto the spindle.
I will need to cut it off to see if the spindle end is healthy.

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

I've seen a lot of Bongos, but only ever seen 1 other Bongo with the chrome ball 'pimp'. I wonder if they replaced it deliberately.gmaczbongo wrote:The rear wiper is working and the chrome ball seems to be hammered onto the spindle.
