Roof Seal

Could anyone tell me what is the best thing i can do with my roof seal.It is collecting green moss at the rear of the roof,just along where the seal is,any idears on how to deal with it. [-o<

Wash it off :roll: I don't think there's anything you can buy to stop it :? Parking in an exposed, sunny place will help, as it's just algae growing in the damp area.

I agree. In the cool damp North West all our cars grow green stuff in their gutters, on rubber door trim etc. Just use a scrubbing brush from time to time when cleaning in order to remove it.

Even in the tropical (NOT) South West, mine has a bit of a green tinge in a couple of places, pressure washer will be out very soon, honest :oops:

Nope :wink: , trying to track down some replacement roof seal at the mo as some are perishing a bit if it's looking really tatty, but a good clean & some silicone spray, tyre dressing or something similar should do wonders.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
