I would also check the caliper bolts. If these were loose there would be shudder.

Hi chris hope you are both well buddy, i wouldnt let my other half within a mile of my driving seat shes loves kerbs and pot holes :lol: :lol: never knocked them about at least i cant remember being brutal to the new wheels :roll: :roll: seems to of come on all of a sudden can there be any other linkages or arms bushes ect that can look likely to cause this? or even shocks????

Warped discs normally give the feeling of a judder from the brake pedal when braking from high speed which for a bongo is about 60mph :cry:

check tyre profile when jacked up for lumps,bulges or flat spots etc...

By calliper bolts as you refer too,, you mean the two on each brake that holds them to the mounting?

First thing I would do is fit new brake pads.
New discs need new pads.
Then start looking for other things.
I think you are already thinking that this is the main problem.
