fitting filters on '97 2.5td bongo

Post by scottyg » Tue Apr 13, 2010 5:41 pm

Hi, can anyone tell me where I can find the air and fuel filters on my '97 2.5td bongo? I have found the oil filter (under passenger seat), but no sign of other two!

Factsheet in the members area that tells you how to do the fuel filter if you need it.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Thanks for that, I'll be doing an oil/filter change soon. I couldn't find the factsheet for fuel filter change Kirsty spoke of though. Can you point me in the right direction for that? Sorry if I'm blindly missing it!

Factsheet here in the members area - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... factsheets you have to be a paid up club member to access it, but it's only £13 & that gives you a discount on club shop stuff, access to allsorts of useful info & factsheets, means you can attend club meets etc

Just changed the filters with no problems. Thanks to Kirsty for pointing me in the right direction for a factsheet, and others for the info freely given. I joined the club, and have enjoyed perusing the factsheets etc. It's great to have so much bongo info close at hand.
