I just put a towbar on my Bongo in order to use a bike rack. Whenever the rack is on theres is a beeping whenever I indicate. At first I thought it was the same as the reversing beep, but they can happen similtaneously.
Is this meant to happen? Can I stop it or a least muffle it a a bit as it's really loud ouside the van and confuses pedestrians?

its one of the regs that is needed with a towbar, ie when towing something it sounds to show that the attached trailer/caravans indicators are working
