Alternative source for washer pump

Post by HeskinBongo » Fri Apr 30, 2010 11:41 pm

Hi Folks
Just thought i would share this

Have recently replaced the front windscreen washer pump with an MX6 91/98 model
fitted just fine and only £6 inc postage brand new.

pump is slightly taller, and outlet pipe points different but it just clips in and even the electrical connector fits

Probably a damn sight cheaper than a brand new bongo washer pump  & easier to get hold of?
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Excuse my ignorance but would this fit for the rear windscreen washer too?
