Bongalow roof bars

Post by tim & angie » Sat May 01, 2010 9:26 am

Looking for a set a roof bars for my tin-top bongalow to cart some surf-boards around, i'm a little worried that the Rino 90/110 bars recommended on the fact sheet (for landrover defender) may sit a little high. The Thule web site lists a 951 foot pack with 763 bars, just wondered if anyone out there had any suggestions or comments on any of the above. I saw a set of bars on a tin-top over at Westward-ho last year and they were really low to the roof, just enough room to get straps through which is what i am really after. Any advice appreciated, Tim.
