BIG THANKS FOR THIS SITE IAN AND ALL
Well Im Just Finnishing Off The Install Of Another Cylinder Head, Yep Folks Another, Even Worse Only Got 47,000 Klm Out of the last New Chinese
Head and the New Factory Ones Have Come Down In Price But Are Still Expensive over $1600.00NZD So I opted for another After market Cheepie
And Have Been IN and Out Getting Specs ETC
Now This Time The Head Cracked Between Valve Seats And It Only Gave Me One Warning burp sound from Water Bottle Look AT Temp Guage
3/4 To HOT Bugger to late
Anyway i have found diesel leaking from inj pump its coming from "i THINK" the seal Number 30 only drips on DeAcceleration And i wonder if this may have been the issue that cooked the head i.e fuel air ratio or Lean out but dont know alot about diesel as im a Petrol Mechanic and as close as you would get to a diesel when i was an apprentice was change oil/filters
Regards Lee
Changed seal #30 still drip drip of diesel "HMMMM" pulled under engine guards off reason because item fell out of pump #35/1 found that PHEW, Leaking coming from other side of body item #36 and as that part of the pump positioning is higher diesel runs downwards here too LOL

Re: Hello Again From NewZealand
I've met Fredanz, from Christchurch which admitedly is quite away from you but both Peter & Vicki are ex North Islanders in a round about fashion & may well be able to point you in the right direction for local-ish help.
