Since fitting same size tyres all round I've noticed much more even wear - especially on the fronts where I'd often get a raised tread pattern. I'd like to swap the wheels around in the next few weeks to make sure I get the most wear out of all the tyres. I've never done this before and wondered a) if it's worth the hassle and b) if there is a pattern i.e fronts to backs, corner to corner?
Any opinions welcomed.

Opinions vary on the best way to swap them around. Personally I don't bother, as I only have to buy 2 at a time that way

I rotate mine! (4wd) Front nearside to rear offside etc. Just ensure ALL your wheels are balanced, and don't forget to adjust the pressures if you run different pressures front to rear.
I've NEVER had to replace a tyre on the bongo due to tyre wear, i like to think that's partly down to my twice yearly wheel rotations! (though some on here will argue that a set of wheels don't stay on my bongo long enough for the tyres to wear down!)
And don't forget to check the tightness fo the wheelnuts after 50 or so miles of driving after rotating the wheels...

Hi Lewy,
Check your tyres are not Directional,if so you must keep the on the same side of the vehicle.
