Fiamma brackets - I know.... but up to date?

Post by andyfb78 » Wed Jun 02, 2010 1:36 pm

Hi All,

I have spent a while on the forum search and read loads of threads on this so I have an idea of what WAS available in 2006/7. Seem some of those are no longer and the AVA brackets require me to drill the bongo.... sniff.

Ideally I want two brackets that fit under the lock down loops, are supported by the gutter, and will take the load of the extended awning without damage. I have a fiamma zip 2.5m

Of those available, what is the current best option, and where from?

I don't have the space to fabricate otherwise I'd do that..

Any help appreciated. thanks

Best ones IMO are the stainless steel ones that Rooster (Bob May in Cornwall) makes, you'll need the J bracket that usually comes with the Fiamma

Drop him a pm http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... ile&u=1639 may be a few weeks wait, but it's worth it, dead easy to fit & dead secure & tidy looking.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
