There are two small round buttons in my Bongo that I'd like to identify - as you can see from the photo, one is to the right of the steering column, near the ignition, and the other is on the left of the steering column and a little lower down. They don't seem to do anything, but I'd like to know if possible...
Thanks!

The switch on the right looks like the one I had when I had lights on my bullbars. I suspect these are bullbar lights or little lights at the front. Get out and have a look

One's probably rear fog, will only be on when lighnts are on, they're aftermarket switches so could be anything.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

As Kirsty said, these have been fitted by a previous owner and could do anything! Best bet is to try and trace the wires, do the leds light up when you turn the switch on?
If not they either didnt connect the earth for the led on the switch or whatever they used to do has long since gone!

I concur - the button to the lower right of your steering wheel is for your rear fog light. It will light up orange when you switch it on (and your rear fog light will come on) - but only when you have your main lights on. I have exactly the same switch in the same place on mine.

Cheers all - the right hand button is indeed the fog light. Had been wondering where this was! The left hand one remains a mystery.

This left-hand button - I have been having a bit more of a play with this and I've noticed that when it is turned off (or what would be the off position if it works exactly like the other one) it produces a 'boing' sound. We had noticed this sound before - and had thought it might be associated with battery issues (it happened when the battery was flat), but it now occurs to me that given the position of this button it may be happening simply because I am knocking the button on and off with my knee. Can anyone help with what this boing might mean? Is it an alarm system of some kind? Am I going to have to trace wires and if so how would I go about this?
Thanks again!
