From memory there is a tab on the rubber cover, pull this to remove, then there is a wire spring clip holding the bulb in place.

The 'loose' end forms a circle about 1/4" dia, press this down/inwards to release the bulb, it's a sort of half bayonet fitting.

Hope that helps. :)
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

You shouldn't need to remove the lights to change the bulbs, although it makes life easier. You need to remove the grill to access all the headlamp holding screws.

Assuming you have a standard bongo and it isn't a late one with the HID lights then it should be as Bob says, though it can be pain to do sometimes as your trying to work out how to do it whilst doing it by feel only and your working against your self as well. You could try stick a mirror down the back so you can see whats going on and then try it again this ussually helps.

If you really can't do it, then bring it down your only 20 miles up the road and I'll fit them for you for the bargain price of errrr nothing but dont ask for discount!!!!
