It seems that some of the later factory AFT's may not have these fixing points, could people with New shape AFT's please advise if this is true, and also what age their Bongo is.
Thanks in advance for any help offered!

Hi Munroman. We have a 2003 Aero (with the glass bit in the front of the roof). I think that is the most recent model of the factory fit AFT. I am 99% certain ours has fixing bolt points on it. Maybe the after market roofs that don'tmunroman wrote:Hi, I make adaptors which fit onto the 4 factory fitted points on the AFT roof, enabling standard roof bars for cars with gutters to fit the Bongo.

All the best
David.
I did have one person asking how they would know if their Bongo had a raising roof.......
I was told it was so the bongo stork had a carrying point to carry the new baby bongos home to mummy and daddydandywarhol wrote:I'm under the impression that the 4 fixing points are there to lower the 65kg roof onto the body at the factory - which would imply that all AFTs use them
