front fan stopped working

for some strange reason the front fan has stopped working but the rear is still working, so didnt think it could be a fuse,

anyone know of something i can check ,

if its the resister i have one in small ads section for grabs and will bring to the bash with me

think i may have to take to a garage cos i dnt have a clue
