There were a few bargains to be had too.
I spotted this rather tidy Eriba caravan . . . .

FABULOUS photo. This could be used surely as an advert for buying a BONGO. Well done to all the other peeps who took some great photos.HangTen wrote:Sunset over Bongoland ..........

Re: Pictures Of The Bash
Fantastic pic as are al the rest Here's a few from me, as usual, didn't take many during the bash, far too busy trying to run Haydn over
Packed & ready
All set up & polished for the first time since this time last year
John & Jan soaking up the rays
Moody sunset
Chris sans bongo but I think "that" bike made up for it judging by the amount of peeps drooling over it
Insert caption here
& here (bonus points if you can name the rule being demonstrated )
Where'd they all go?
Last two left, I didn't get to be the last one to leave this year though, glorious weather until wednesday but had to tear myself away

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Re: Pictures Of The Bash
Can't use the World Cup as an excuse for taking this long. I just took toooooooooooo many photos and have been trawling about on Photobucket all evening picking the ones that sum up the weekend for us (hope they do for you too, because there's still too many ). Will post on consecutive posts otherwise it will probably mess things up ......
Ready for the off and hoping the new bike rack doesn't drop off!!
Some wildlife (no, the real thing - we left the site and went to the Safari Park. Wish I'd remembered to clean the bug splat off the windscreen though
A rather pretty poppy field

Re: Pictures Of The Bash
And finally ..
Polyester everywhere (and Bongos, of course)
Hog Roast - looks not unlike a posh garden party (up to a point!!)
Where's my audience?
Making the most of the space as the site empties
See you at Looe

Thanks for sharing your photos Alison. They are really good. Everyone with children has a NORMAL HEIGHT CHART in their house. Guess you have opted for the MOBILE HEIGHT CHART as Isaac is very hard to catch standing still eh? Won't be very long before he will be hitting the roof.

Woah Alison! You actually drove your bongo through the safari park? i considered it, then the thought of lots of Mr munkeys ripping off my aerial and mirrors crossed my mind! Plus, i didn't know what they'd make of the garfield on my freetop....
