Removing air bag steering wheel

I recently replaced my steering wheel with one from a newer model and it works fine
but now I'm in a pimpy kinda mood I want to replace it with a sports steering wheel :roll:

Does anyone know what value resister i need for it to think the airbag is hunky dorey
and more so where should I stick it (be nice :lol: )

I think you might find that if your insurance company finds out then you will have invalidated your insurance - in other words you will be driving without insurance....

Should be ok as long as you tell them, especially as most are probably effectively out of date.

Will tell the insurance company, but dont know why they weren't interested in any of its specs, just the basics and didn't even ask if it had any modifications at all, just when it was imported and registered.
