OK
bongo is in the garage, I had changed the head gasket and cambelt and bongo still did not run right so it went in to the garage and they found that the valve timing was well out. They fixed the problem but a the moment when the engine is running after a few mins the glow light starts to flash. any ideas I know that the loom across the top of the engine is not plug in yet. any ideas to why this light would be flashing?
Thanks

Re: flashing glow light
The glow plug light also acts as an engine diagnostic tool. As things have been disturbed recently, it probably is a simple matter of resetting everything. This is an extract from the diagnostics fact sheet:
To reset
1) Remove the wire from the negative terminals for at least 20 seconds.
2) Click on the brake pedal and release.
3)Re-connect negative battery terminal.
4) Start engine, and run for 3 minutes at 2,000 rpm idle.
5) Check all fault codes have cleared.

Re: flashing glow light
If the loom is not plugged in it could just be the scavenge fan errror showing, get it plugged back in & see.
