Hi All,
Have had a rattling noise from the engine bay for a while and have discovered that it is coming from the hose/pipe that runs from the turbo through to the front of the van. As it passes by the secondary fan the rubber hose is connected to a length of metal pipe of similar size and here it comes close to the sub frame and its here that the rattle is coming from. It seems that this metal pipe has a lug attached to it so my question is: was this lug welded to the sub frame and has now broken away meaning a trip to the local bongo meister or is it attached some other way meaning I may be able to repair myself. Either way it looks a tight squeeze down there so any helpful tips would be most welcome for this Bongo novice (although learning fast).
Kind Regards, Andy

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

No worries
the other metal pipe sounds like it's the cooling pipe - http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html
