V6 cambelt change, What else?

Hi guys, cambelt change due soon, besides the belt (and tensioners if needed ) what else should i consider replacing while the job is underway. Obviously i'd like to try and keep the costs down, but prepared for the expense of the critical parts. Any advice gratefully recieved

Paul of LPG imports posted that he changes the cam seals on a V6 at the same time, as they sometimes go after a cambelt change. No idea if this is an age or mileage thing.

No idea what the Japanese do, if they change both or not.

while the camm belt is off i would change the fan belts and if needed air con belt
