Mike, you say half a mile from the circuit, half a mile from which entrance - just pondering the walk and where we'll end up.

Would probably end up with too much time on the A14 car park for my likingMuzorewa wrote:And the problem with that being.....francophile1947 wrote:....got the Britcar 2 weeks later![]()

A lot of us were unimpressed with the sanitation arrangements last year at Whittlebury, I've camped at Whittlebury several times before and for smaller meetings it's ok, but they seem to just want to take the money and run on the bigger meetings.mp3oplecarrier wrote:The wife loved the 'atmosphere' at whittlebury last year, who will still be going there?

As a result, some of us are camping HERE and although they don't accept pre-bookings, they say they won't run out of space for the Renault event.
It's nearer the circuit and the sanitation can't be any worse

I absolutely know what you mean about the toilets.... but £20 per person per night puts it out of reach of the six of us......Muzorewa wrote:A lot of us were unimpressed with the sanitation arrangements last year at Whittlebury, I've camped at Whittlebury several times before and for smaller meetings it's ok, but they seem to just want to take the money and run on the bigger meetings.mp3oplecarrier wrote:The wife loved the 'atmosphere' at whittlebury last year, who will still be going there?

Steve, those prices are for the F1 weekend, for the Renault weekend it's £10.00 per person per night, under 15's free.

We'll probably be at the circuit a little later, Team Muz & the Bulwell Bongoleers are meeting up at Donington Park services at 7.30 and then going to the campsite first to set up camp.
Oh, the BTCC is at Donington this weekend but there shouldn't be any traffic chaos by then
