Will a Land Rover Roof Cage fit a Bongo

Has anyone ever tried fitting an Land Rover roof cage to a Bongo? The roof specifications look the same (58 inches wide with the distance from the gutter to above the roof of 10 inches).

We have a AFT. The roof cage is for a Landrover 90 and looking at the dimensions the width is spot on, it fixes to the gutter (albeit the LR gutter edges are slightly differe..nt) and the length of the legs that go to the gutter provide ample clearance for the top of the roof. On paper it looks as though it would fit - wouldn't mind trying one on before I buy. Must go to a LR garage...

There expensive to buy from the garages, :cry:
