Ladder Fitting

Please advise how to remove back handle ???? so that ladder may be fitted.

Sorry if I am asking in the wrong place but I have looked all over and not seen the word 'ladder'.

if you look at the handle it has 4 plastic covers,one in each corner,get a small screwdiver or similar and GENTLEY try to lift one edge of each one,be careful because one side is attatched to the handle it pivots,the other opposite edge lifts to show the bolts,
keep the handle safe as they are quite expensive,if you need to refit it later.

Sorry for the hijack, but where can you get the ladder and do they fit on a facelift tailgate?? Also what sort of price, thanks...
