Battery warning light

Post by cruickie46 » Tue Sep 28, 2010 8:51 am

The battery charge warning light keeps flashing but only after the engine is warm. I recently had an LPG conversion and wondered if a wire had been disturbed, Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Pop central cover off arround the handbrake, there are a couple of connections there along the centre part of the engine cover, one is a vertical plug think from memory black connector half way between handbrake and gearchange make sure this is connected properly this is the inside the engine bay temp sensor, if it isnt connected or bad connection you can get flashing charge lamp and the fans running flat out.
