Power steering fluid and hose clip replacement

Post by eoptio » Sat Oct 09, 2010 6:13 pm

Hi all

Noticed the power steering fluid needs a small top-up, what power steering fluid do I use in the Bongo, dexronIII ok? Is it worth replacing this or just topping up ok (no problems with the steering).

I recently got some new hose clips to replace the jubilee clips used when replacing the hoses last year. Would like to avoid having to bleed the system again if possible, has anyone tried replacing coolant hose clips with the coolant in the system and did this work ok ie no bleeding required afterwards?

Thanks
