Nope.
No one can tell you that. If you gave 20 people, 20 Bongos with various size wheels, different profile tyres - you would get at least 19 different answers.
I've had 15, 16, 17 & 18" wheels on & each time needed a suitable tweak.
Mine, semi converted & now back on 15" alloys, 215s all round feels happiest at 40 front, 40 back.
Start around there & see what suits.

Re: tyres
Nine is a flat top, just put on two new acceleras, 215x65x15's and I put 34 all round seems fine. Not bad either at £37.50 each, fitted.

Due to the new emission regulations for replacement tyres, which are scheduled to be implemented in 2011, most tyres currently available for under £85/£95 price range in the 16" Tyre size (so no chance for people with 17" and 18") which includes all Budget manufacturers and many mid range tyres will fail to meet the new regulations on Tyre Noise, rolling resistance etc.
Brands slated as failing already on the new figures and not be available to sell (from 2011) are:
Avon ZZ3, Admiral, Chengshan, Falken, Fortuna, Federal, Goodride, Hankook, Kenda, Kumho, Linglong, Matador, Maxiss, Milestone, Nankang NS2, Nexen, Rotalla, Semperit, Sumo firenza, Sunny, Toyo, Triangle, Viking, and Wanli.
Some manufacturers are trying to ready replacement models but the "Tire Industry" say will increase prices by average of 35% across the range.

Re: tyres
Yep its is Sardis Road Tyres at Pontypridd, here in Wales, they are either Acceleras or Nangkang depending on what is in, tel 01443 405791, for sat nav address is Factory Road, Graig, CF37 1LH, it might show up as unamed road but is easy to find. If you do find you are going there let me know and I can give easy directions.

I guess it won't take the budget brands to catch up...... they usually do....
