Hi AJCIOW

My sister lives on the IOW and I have to go sometime between now and mid-december - if your still stuck PM me in the next couple of weeks and I'll drop round so you can compare with a complete one.

I have sussed it!

I now know how it all goes together, but there are more bits missing. It looks like it has stopped working and the arms have been unbolted. The outer rails have also been removed so i will need to source some. I fear that the electrics have failed so theuy just undid the arm to get the roof down.
I have locked it down by making a couple of tie starps from steel and bolting to the lifting mounts on the top. The strap then locates under the gutter and stops the roof coming up.
I will get the bits before tackling the electrics. no rush as i dont intend to camp in it just yet, got a caravan.

Cheers for the help.

Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Cheers everybody,

I have sussed it all out now, managed to get a look at one up and my theory was right. I just need to source some parts but no rush as not using it for camping.

I have two heath Robinson style metal strapps holding it down at the moment so it will stay like that for a while.

The forums great
