I've been asked by a family friend to move a caravan from portsmouth to cambridge its 18ft in length and weighs 1900kg will this be ok behind my bongo with regards to weight, i have a class 1 hgv licence so towing it isn't a problem its just the weight i want to be certain about before giving them a thumbs up ?

recommended max tow weight is 1600 Kg....

thanx mike 1900kgs seems heavy for an 18ft van most seem to be about the 1200kg mark, i'll get em to double check the weight.

Yes does seem to be the wrong weight they've given you~~mines almost 20 foot but only weighs around 1,000kg~as Mike said 1600kgish is no problem at all to tow.

HA HA ! Its 1900 weight which equates to 965kgs
