Brrrrrr tour - 5th December

Post by Muzorewa » Sun Dec 05, 2010 5:44 pm

Just back from a chilly tour around some stunning bits of Lancashire & Yorkshire, there was a spot of snow about so ideal for a few photos....

Only a day trip, yesterday we had to do as Mrs Muz demanded

But there's plenty of winter camps coming up

that picture of pendle is from the posh side, the better views are from the south east and more dramatic,in certain seasons/conditions the pendle witch pattern can be seen in the path paterns and the bracken, did you try the ski run on the western edge!!
looks like you had the weather today.its hard to beat when the suns out round here.

Ah, well if you think last weekend's Scafell Pike jaunt was a bit of a rush, yesterday Chris was doing homework, Mrs Muz was making the Christmas cake (I did tell her that Tesco's sell cakes) so Muzette and I went to Asda to get some prawns for tea. Seven hours later.....

We got as far as the old parish church at Linton, where we've been before a couple of years ago.
