well over the last few weeks my i-alert has been displaying FF,on start up, i dont know for deffo what this means but i can hazzard a guess, at what point does it start to display something different,and what might the letters be. at -13 it was still showing FF, AT -20 what can i expect it to be. #-o :wink:

At minus 20 it will probably say

They only register down to zero, below which they say "F"****** Freezing and start chirping...The Cube alarm doesn't do it...Haydn has some left at a discount price...I think I am going to get another one...they are good value.....
As for the I-alert, you should be able to programme the alarm to off....mine doesn't seem to, so I might put a switch in it

Below -25C it will display "CETFTBOABM"!

the i-alert reads any temp above 0C....0C and below will read FF.....as soon as you start and the temp starts to rise the FF/chirp will go away.
