Central locking failure

Post by Barley 1981 » Mon Jan 17, 2011 4:06 pm

our central locking on the Bongo has stopped locking and unlocking, we have had a look at the wires between the drivers door and the car but nothing appears to be broken there....does anyone know another tip?
thanks for the advice in advance. :)
p.s it is not remote, it is just key locking.

Do you have a leisure battery ? If so is it charged OK ?
There are two fuses covering the power door locks, the top left one controls the switching Image is often switched over to the L/B and hence the problem if the L/B is flat, the other fuse is Image and handles the power to the doors themselves.

Are all the side doors automatic openers or is this just on selected models ??
I only ask as i have only had mine for 2 weeks and i know no different than to pop the handle and slide the door open.
