Best rust treatment for surface rust thats not going to show

don't if this would be any good but saw it in this months scootering magazine its called ACF-50 might be a bit dear but they spray a billo pad and put it outside and its lasted three years (page 6 in the mag if you want to stand in w.h smiths and read it):lol:
