Whistling noise at 2500 RPM?

New studs fitted and problem gone! Thanks for all the advice! I'm not sure which stud it was, but replaced all of em to make sure

Since had mine repaired turned out that the manifold was warped as one these replies had stated. Had a manifold fitted that has been machined flat and has cured the problem completley. Cost me £145 from Ian Taylor,jap car imports, Stoke-on-Trent.
