Horn relay switch! Help!

Our Bongo has failed its MOT because of the horn. Can anyone tell us where the realy switch is as we have been unable to find it?

Sometimes not the horn, can be the clockspring thingy behind the wheel if its a later type of steering wheel or even the wiring to the wheel, what year,type of wheel etc do you have?

Thanks Mr Bongopoet found a break between the fuse and the relay, so has managed to fix it
