You'll not find a Willington on eBay.

The man you need to speak to is Martin Bird. He sells kits on eBay under the name Willinton (Note, no G in the middle)

This is his eBay seller page.

Send him a message, and he will make a kit for you and list it on eBay etc.

The name is Willinton, not Willington, so that may be why you couldn't trace him. Contact him via Ebay and he'll make a set up for you to buy. Sorry, can't remember the price and it depends if you want the battery tray or not. Doubtless some recent customer will be along shortly 8)

I've just got one of the Willinton kits a week or so ago, I went for the switched relay kit and battery tray. Excellent quality, good instructions and took only about a hour to fit ( 30 mins of that was probably deliberating about where to put the cable ties :)
