AFT problems - Adrian in Bury fixes it again

...and at very reasonable cost. But poor old Mango Bongo has had to have a bolt put through her roof to secure the o/s roof motor mounting plate, as one of the plastic lugs had cracked and broken when the mounting broke away (Adrian thought it must have been adrift for a while, or else I was over-energetic in help the roof up at the time it broke and ironically broke it by helping it #-o ). I think we'll see more of this as AFTs age (he's had several in lately but don't be scared - my repairs have not broken the bank, although if you need new motors Adrian advises these are around £160 each - ouch!)

Anyway, its all fixed now. I've had about 5 visits to him this year (most of it routine serviing work as his prices are v. reasonable and I'm getting lazy). Its always a pleasure (he''s so laid back but efficient) and I can just jump on the tram to go home if I have to leave the Bongo there (or else visit the wonderful Bury market if I'm hanging around while he fixes it).

Highly recommended for needy owners in the North West 8)
