handbrake switch

Post by jutwit » Tue May 03, 2011 6:00 pm

hi guys, my handbrake switch aint working no more, so i cant put the roof up, and yes there is no light on the dash when handbrake applied, ive pulled the switch off and it was taped together, which im guessing the previous owner did [-X in stead of replacing it, how does the switch actually work? what does the spring do? and i think there might be a piece missing from the end? does anyone have a photo of a switch? and worse case senario, where can i get a new switch from?
