Anti-roll bar linkage

Need to change my anti-roll bar linkage one on front and one on rear so going to do all 4! Done lots of work on cars but this is my first Bongo cant see a fact sheet about it so thinking is not to bad to do! Just want to know if there is any info i need before doing it?

Rears need to be done with the load on the wheels, ie on ramps rather than jacked up with the wheels hanging down, fronts are ball joints so not so much of an issue there, but it's easier to do with the load on the wheels aswell. watch out for the cheaper front droplinks, some don't last more than a year, may be worth going for the blueprint or Mazda ones, not cheap though, bit of a lottery TBH.
Probably worth doing the anti roll bar bushes & brackets whie you're at it, not that expensive & you know it's all done then while you're at it. give all the nuts a good soak in penetrating oil at least 24 hours before, they can be a nightmare to undo.
