Donor Vehicle for Bleeding Demo

As some of you know, i had a boil up on Tuesday and it looks like the problem is the Thermostat. I fortunately possess a Blueprint Stat that i will be fitting today. This will keep me going till i get to the Bash. I want to fit an Original Mazda one so if you need a donor vehicle at the Bash then i will hold off and we can do a Stat change/Bleed demo if that's cool.

that will be fine tony,sounds like a plan as long as you can get it there.dont fancy doing it on the side of the m40

Stat replaced, just waiting for the GF's sprog to get off to his dad's so i have a spare pair of hands/feet for the bleed.
Bunged the old stat in some hot water just to see if it opened and it did so keep your fingers crossed that there is not another problem.
Ady, you don't think my spotting problem on the tailgate would be coolant getting burned up?

May not have mine to do now. As I have discovered the problem is the radiator then I will be able to drain and replace the stat while doing that. will keep yo posted.
