hot start misfire/ really bad noise when turbo is on boost?!

hi all, as title really. started van fine. nipped into shop (after 5 min drive) then when i re-started had a terrible misfire. didnt clear after 5 min drive back.

left it too cool, then re-started with a slight misfire, but more concerning was the horrendous noise when the turbo kicked in.

30 minute drive trying to keep turbo usesage minimal (not easy in the welsh country side), and the problem went away!

any ideas as to what this could be, im thinking blocked injector or something?!

There was some blacky/ blue smoke when thr turbo was on boost. nothing that looked really bad tho?!

blue smoke usually means turbo seals are on the way out, the noises your refeering to could be the impeller colliding with the housing due to movement

if that was the case, how come it cured itself? and why the misfire?! i need to have a good look over ity at the weekend and try and work it all out.
just thought i would see if it was anything somebody has come across before?
