Timing Marks

Well peeps after a long while the garage are asking me do I have any knowledge re timing marks for my bongo...well no,lol, has anyone got a piccie or info please, cheers.
Just spoke to em again they say its regarding the bottom crank, there are 3 marks, which is the one.???
