Rear Washer

My rear washer has packed up,i have clean the jet out and taken it of,i can hear the pump going but nothing is getting through, where does the pipe work go to once it leaves the washer bottle,and if it is a broken or a blocked pipe how do i fix?

Is the reservoir full? The rear washer pick up point is higher in the reservoir than the front washers... So at a certain level you could have the front washers working, the rears not working, simply because the level of screenwash is low in the bottle.

if you open the rear door and look for the rubber bridge gromet near the hinges, the one on the left, pull the end that is attatched to the body(not the door side). about 6 inches down the pipe is fitted a one way valve, remove this and clean it out by blowing it through. WARNING DO NOT SUCK IT TASTES LIKE SH*T, :roll: :lol: . and dont let go of the tail ends of the pipes. rebuild and test.
mine was blocked solid.
