Faulty fuel guage

Post by Geggsie » Thu Aug 04, 2011 8:24 pm

This has started playing up lately not long after I started towing a caravan (though this may be incidental). Initially it would not show as full even when the tank was filled up - went about 2/3 of the way. Then when towing recently it went completely but returned like new when at site but not towing. Went again when towing home (but not straight away) and now has gone back to partly working. Any ideas greatly received

As westonwarrior says 8)
If you do a search, there are probably several hundred posts on the subject - it's so common

Thanks

Seems more straightforward than I imagined. Hats off to the forum again!
